NCW Cells AllMs. Zohra Chatterji, Member Secretary, NCW has been nominated as the Chairperson of the Sub-Group - Legal Framework for Women, of the "Working group on Women's Agency and Empowerment" for the Twelfth Five Year Plan (2012-17)"
The Planning Commission vide order no. EC/SW/1-23(1)2011-WCD constituted a Working Group on Women's Agency & Empowerment for the 12th Five Year Plan under the Chairpersonship of Secretary, MWCD. Under Para III of the said Order, the Chairperson of the Working Group may co-opt other experts and constitute Sub-Groups for specific task as may be considered necessary.
Ms. Zohra Chatterji, Member Secretary, NCW has been nominated as the Chairperson of the one of the Sub-Group - Legal Framework for Women, of the said Working Group.
